Awarded meritoriously for his "World Class" experience, "Zip" has 22 years of active military service worldwide rapid deployment capability measured in hours and days. He understands high risk, and has lived it. He continues to collaborate with those worldwide deployable assets in short response activity.

C³ also has six years of strategic communications experience to the Mayor of the Nation's largest metropolitan area. C³ has more than 15 years of expertise including: Coordination of message at the federal and state levels, communication to populace, and national and international messaging for interaction across states and nations.

Communication advisement at the military level include: rapid response congressional briefs to multiple congressional delegations and onsite information presentations. Both at the strategic and tactical levels, messaging of the operational importance of military technology/tactical applications is stressed. C³ has decades of experience in static and dynamic briefings and demonstrations to congressional delegations, ambassadorial delegations, including up to the Secretary of War level for military engagements.
