Clear, Concise and Consistent Solutions (C3)
The C3 philosophy is to bring technical and operational experience to support high risk, challenging problem solving teams. We understand high risk, and have lived it. We continue to collaborate with those responders worldwide in short response activity.
One application of the C3 philosophy is the belief of C3 leadership, that if the aggregate small expeditionary teams are provided with the increased performance, then the larger force will be stronger when combined. Small teams can have strategic impacts, when enabled with the proper communications and situational awareness tools. Strategic surveillance assets may not be able to "see" what the small team can access.
